Irish reunification - settlement suggestions?

The People of Ireland as a Whole should decide these things. Since unionists are a minority in Ireland, they would unlikely to be able to change the national anthem, the flag, or the Republican form of government. There is no need for regional parliaments in such a small country. Re-unifying Ireland would not cost anything - it is partition that is costly.
