Newton's Second Law Question? 10 POINTS!! :)?

At a construction site a 1500 kg skid of cement blocks is being lowered at a steady speed of 0.51 m/s. What is the tension in the cable? If instead that skid was accelerated downward at the rate of 1.5 m/s2, how much less would the tension be on the cable?
