Do I need to install a cut off valve with a pressure tap for propane?

This is a new installation from 250 gallon tank to a propane furnace inside a trailer. I know I need a cut off valve somewhere, but I'm wondering if the propane company will do a pressure test, and does the valve need a pressure tap, and where should it be located.
