Will i lose weight by doing this?

i am a 16 year old female, 5'5" 130 lbs. i would like to lose about 20 lbs by september. i walk a lot and go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week, and do a combination of cardio and strength training. if i eat 1200 calories a day (low-fat and no refined carbs) will i be able to lose the 20 lbs?
