Will Dental CAD/CAM Technology take over all dental labs?

Take over ALL labs? Perhaps. But no time soon. There are some amazing technological advances, and I love, love, love making impressions without messy paste! However, these techniques are not yet routinely taught in dental school, so there are tons of folks unfamiliar with them. And even once folks are familiar, there will be the "old school" folks who like to do things "the old way."
