Where can I buy Hummus in Chicago?

Long story short im of Lebanese, Moroccan, and Sudanese descent but I have never had Arabic food mainly because I grew up around the Western African part of my family instead of the North African part. But I was looking for an Arabic restaurant to go to for my 22nd birthday and I found this Palace. I saw some dishes in the menu and the Hummus look good. So I was wondering if my local grocery stores would sell it and if not would I be able to find chickpeas and other ingredients needed to make it myself. Thanks much
