Starting in the Television biz?

So, I realize starting or selling a tv show idea is like winning the lotto three days in a row. I have a doented idea and how i want the layout to be, not a full script yet. I dont even know where to start to see if the idea is feasable in the least, just seeing if someone could point me in a direction.
