PSAT Percentile Question, I NEED HELP!!!?

Hey, I'm in Middle School and I just got my PSAT results and I was wondering about my percentile score, it's in a small box that says: " PERCENTILE compares your performance with college-bound juniors." My percentile was 36%. Is this good or bad? PLEASE HELP!!!
