Kickboxing and 2 day weight workout!?

Make sure you are getting enought protein. Because of your kickboxing you wont be resting to build muscle, so you need to up your protein.Also you will find that it may be a problem to kickox particularly if you get sore after a workout. But you may be alright. Bodybuilding and martial arts are simular but with different types of pain in each. Good luck.
