I need a soft yet durable toy for my minpin/doxie who chews.?

i'd say a kong too but my vet once told me you can freeze foods like carrots and wait for them to thaw a little before giving them to her. i have a doxie/papillon. plus its healthy. i cant buy my dogs stuffed toys and i get the same problem.
