I am having a problem with a co-worker?

Everyone has a boss, if your Manager is not effectively handling the issue, go above their head. Explain everything in detail but make sure you stay calm and professional about it. Let him/her know your concerns and how you don't feel like it's being dealt with fairly. Also discuss if there is a policy against retaliation in the workplace just in case your Manager tries something sneaky. Keep your head up and don't let them see you sweat.
