Are landlords required to give 30 day notice of eviction in Kentucky?

My landlord's office (it's in chicago) filed on me for discrepencies in their ledger. They are errors on the part of a past manager and I have already proved them false once w/ receipts. Well, I got served w/o notice from my rental office to appear in court where their lawyer had already came and gone, my case was over b4 i ever got to submit anything to the judge! My case was at 9am, it was over b4 9:02am. All because I couldn't hire an attorney?? I don't think it's fair. I have to be out of my Apartment of 4 years (of good payment!) by Thanksgiving Day! I don't know what to do.. I called legal aid but i am getting a voice recording:(
