Ok, I'm completely illiterate when it comes to getting new skins for my PC. I want to get a new skin theme for my computer, but I can't figure out how to get it on. I get as far as downloading it. I've tried reading these directions, but they're pretty confusing. I mean, I'm supposed to make all these new files and put a .msstyles here and a .dll there and my left foot has to go behind my head to interlock with my right knee and all this stuff.. I just want to put on some cool-looking skins, no fuss. Is there a free program that can do that for me? Preferably one where I don't have to make my own?
