i am going to bake a 4-tier wedding cake for a friend of mine and thought of using er cream to frost it before i put fondant as the final layer...i am going to substitute the er to vegetable shortening + er essence but am not sure if the shortening can hold in hot weather...im Malaysian and the weather here is hot and humid forever summer...thanks!
