23 month old vocabulary impaired? Help with expanding it?

I would be grateful that he is even putting 2 words together already (like "more cookie, dog treats, grandma home"....my son is 23 months...turns 2 on April 1st and CANNOT do that AT ALL. Your son is doing perfectly fine for his age. My son can only say a few SINGLE words. He says ball, mama, dada, and baba.... he attempts other words though like apple and puppy but he only says the first consonant sound of them. He is in early intervention for speech therapy but I wouldn't be worried about your toddler at all, they're doing great!
